Varietal composition :  Pinot Blanc 80%, Pinot Noir 20%

Average age of the vines : 15 years

Soil : Clay, Limestone

Yield : 80 hl/ hectare

Exposure : South / South-East

Fermentation : Produced in the complete respect of the traditional method with full harvesting and 18 month fermentation on slats. Thermo regulated tank.

Tasting notes : Yellow colour with shiny reflections. The shape is very thin and gives a beautiful lightness to the palate. The nose emanates notes of dried fruit and citrus with mineral nuances. The mouth-feel is frank but light and with a final fine and non-aggressive note.

Température : 4° - 6°

Food and wine pairing :

Enjoy it as an aperitif or at a wine reception; alternatively, it can accompany a whole meal.
