Fermentation : 6 months in high-capacity oak barrels, followed by 3 months in oak barrels

Tasting notes : Robust red wine. On the nose, fruity notes reminiscent of raspberry, quite complex and with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine made from a solid grape has a fine alcohol / tannin / acidity balance. Can be kept in the cellar for up to 10 years.
