Tasting notes: The colour is that of beautiful violet hues and the nose has lovely red fruit nuances – strawberry, sour cherry and some hints of vanilla. The mouth-feel expresses all its well-balanced amplitude. Can be enjoyed as of now.

Temperature : 10° - 16°

Food and Wine Pairing :

At 10 ° enjoy it with fish and buffets. At 16 ° - with white meats, grilled meats and cheeses.
